Liza Voticky

Chief Executive Officer

Liza began her career in Toronto, Canada as a Staffing Specialist for a small temporary staffing agency. Throughout her agency career, Liza successfully moved through various roles in staffing, national sales, operations, communications, and senior management. Liza moved from external staffing services into Recruitment Process Outsourcing as Senior Recruiting Manager with Hewitt, where she led a team of corporate recruiters supporting BMO in Canada and BMO Harris Bank. After five years of successfully improving the service delivery as an RPO provider, Liza moved into corporate, in-house recruiting, with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Canada.

At Coca-Cola, she built a recruiting team implementing a total transformation of the hiring processes across Canada. Throughout her nine year career with the Company, Liza was responsible for multiple re-organizations as the company transformed its North American business model. After successfully leading the Talent Acquisition teams supporting Coca-Cola Refreshments & Coca-Cola North America in Atlanta, GA, she moved to Miami, FL. where she joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

During her time with RCCL, Liza was responsible for completely transforming and optimizing the global recruiting process for approximately 25,000 requisitions annually from 120 different countries for shipboard and shoreside positions. This included leading talent marketing, talent attraction operations, and candidate experience.

Today, Liza is the CEO and Founding Partner of MXA Talent Solutions, an organization built to help companies review, assess and strategize for the Future of Hiring. MXA Talent Solutions is a team of experts in talent attraction strategies, organizational design, complete transformations, technology optimization & implementation, employment branding and recruiting operations.

Liza resides in Miami, FL., having spent most of her young life in Montreal, Quebec. She is a dual US and Canadian citizen, is bilingual, French & English and has a broad scope of expertise in Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Candidate Experience and Talent Marketing.

Michael Farrell

Senior Consultant, Transformation & Implementation       

Michael is an accomplished, results-oriented Human Resources professional with development, communication, project management and critical thinking skills within multi-national and global work environments. With demonstrated abilities in a variety of industries inclusive of automotive, consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, health care, semiconductor, and retail, he has built, scaled, and led talent acquisition and operations teams performing corporate, national / field, and high-volume recruitment. Michael has a passion for innovation, process improvement, and technology that can drive measurable results in challenging environments by engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Over the last 20 years, Michael has held leadership roles within Cox Enterprises, The Coca-Cola Company, and Sears Holdings where he was instrumental in bringing strategic counsel to executives and HR leadership teams, fostering collaborative partnerships to enhance organizational performance.  He was instrumental in driving change, and value, through initiatives in workforce planning, talent attraction, mobility, retention, and DE&I strategies.

Driven by a strong commitment to inclusion, Michael has built relationships, talent programs, and initiatives that have focused on Military, Campus & Diversity Talent Engagement and Attraction.  Michael has governed Associate Networks (ERGs) and Community Engagement functions, also serving as Corporate Director for The Sears-Roebuck Foundation.  He has been featured in Fortune and G.I. Jobs Magazines.

Michael currently resides in Atlanta, GA, having also spent time in Chicago and Dallas/Ft. Worth and has a broad scope of expertise in Talent, Operations, Technology and Analytics.

Lisa Brennan

Lisa began her career in Toronto, Canada as a Staffing Specialist for a small temporary staffing agency after graduating from York University.  This was where she first met and worked with Liza Voticky as they learned all about recruiting and talent selection in a fast paced, high pressure environment.  After building her business acumen in sales, as well as sourcing and selecting top talent, Lisa moved on to a an agency that specialised in technology based contractors.  She was at the forefront of the competitive market for contractors working on Y2K projects.  From the tech space, Lisa moved into the growing niche market for French/English bilingual talent in Toronto, Ontario.  Her role was to build and develop process and policies for a boutique search firm.  Lisa’s responsibilities grew and ultimately she became the Director of Corporate Accounts with the Dean Group, where she led a team of sourcing specialists, and managed a large client portfolio of searches, responded to RFPs, and provided compliance and service delivery reporting through regular Business Reviews. 

Lisa joins MXA with the goal of building our Talent Selection organization into a key partner for our clients.  She is focused on the strategic role of a recruiting team to deliver on our client’s growth objectives by providing the right people in the right jobs at the right time.  Through Lisa’s focus on the client and candidate experience, we will deliver a service that is personal, transparent and meets the needs of everyone involved in the hiring cycle.

Anthony D’Antonio

Anthony graduated with a BA in Business and began his career in the Insurance industry as a Finance Manager.  From there he moved into Commercial Property Development in Senior Financial Manager, supporting a highly successful organization in Vaughan, Ontario. In the early ‘90s Anthony stepped out on his own as an entrepreneur opening up Spectrum Property Management.  He has been running Spectrum successfully since then, primarily in the Property Management and Property Development space.  With his years of business knowledge and expertise in growing and managing large scale and complex projects, Anthony brings the business acumen and financial oversight to our organization that will help position us for long term sustainable success.

Marc D’Antonio

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Marc graduated with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and began his career in process engineering for a tier 1 automotive component supplier. He then joined Coca-Cola through the Management Development Program working on projects throughout the production department and later as a production supervisor. After developing skills in budgeting, finance, and management, he began working for a property management firm, specifically in real estate management and direct client relations. With a diverse background across several sectors, Marc brings an experienced perspective to the financial operations of MXA Talent Solutions.

Taylor Bakti

Recruiting Consultant & Social Media 

Taylor brings 10 years of recruiting experience across various fields, including talent selection for the  Long Term Care & Retirement industry across Canada. Taylor is passionate about sourcing and finding top talent for her clients, finding ‘the needle in the haystack’ and engaging with people to discover their strengths and helping them find their desired work experiences. Taylor also takes on the role of our Social Media Specialist, creating posts and building proactive campaigns to spread the story of MXA.
